Laurence Schultz is one of the Commercialization Grant Program (CPG) volunteer evaluators for the Emerging Technology Fund. The North Texas Regional Center for Innovation and Commercialization (RCIC – www.ntxrcic.org) is the regional agent for the Texas Emerging Technology Fund (ETF) Committee. Acting as the ETF's agent, the North Texas RCIC identifies, evaluates and develops new technologies in the North Texas region.
